Etienne Delacroix | Education expert | From art to phenomenology of code

Etienne is a painter trained in particle physics who spent a lifetime exploring the span between gestures and machines, developing software to model his process of painting. He led for a decade the "studio of Art and programming" experiment at the UDELAR School of Engineering in Uruguay. Ran many of his "nomadic workshops" from Paris to Africa though Brazil, Japan all the way to Armenia. Currently living in Brussels, where he restarted a painter's studio, thought of as a "large painting collisioner". Continues developing ultra mobile low cost learning spaces and methodologies. At DigiTech 2025, he gave a talk titled "From Art to the Phenomenology of Code."
